The building falls within the territory identified by the set of 49 Municipalities listed in the Decree of the Government Commissioner for Civil Protection of 16.04.2009, as a result of the earthquake of 06/04/2009.
L & rsquo; immobile, & egrave; been classified by the inspectors sent by the Department of Civil Protection, for the purposes of usability, category E: & ldquo; Unavailable building & rdquo ;.
The types of intervention for the repair of structural and non-structural damage vary according to the entity & rsquo; and the nature of the damage.
As far as non-structural damage is concerned, in particular for surface cracks, the repair consists in the preliminary removal of the plaster and subsequent reconstruction of the same with restoration of the original finishes.
For more injuries deep, opening 2 & ndash; 3 mm, even passing through after the previous removal of the surface layer of coating, the cracks are closed by means of special sealing and application of plaster holder mesh.
Consolidation & egrave; performed by using reinforced plaster with a special electro-welded mesh.
For the cracks that show extensive explosions of masonry, we proceed with the demolition and integral reconstruction of the element involved, with reconstruction from scratch of many of the external infill and internal partitions, and consolidation of the remaining ones.
The structural reinforcement interventions consist of:
a) in the construction of the lining in the foundation;
b) application of electro-welded mesh;
c) seismic isolators;
d) application of CAM system and HEB 200 beams on beam and column elements.

Retrofit by means of an insulation system at the head of the basement pillars with elastomeric isolators and multidirectional supports. Reinforcement of the ground floor pillars with CAM system. Introduction of steel connecting beams.
