The building & egrave; consisting of a single body from heaven to earth, divided into six floor levels, with a single staircase and lift.
The building falls within the territory identified by the set of 49 Municipalities listed in the Decree of the Government Commissioner for Civil Protection of 16.04.2009, as a result of the earthquake of 06/04/2009.
L & rsquo; immobile, & egrave; been classified by the inspectors sent by the Department of Civil Protection, for the purposes of usability, category E: & ldquo; Unavailable building & rdquo ;.
The types of intervention for the repair of structural and non-structural damage vary according to the entity & rsquo; and the nature of the damage.
The interventions carried out on the building for the static and functional restoration of the same are as follows:
& raquo; reconstruction from scratch of most of the external cladding and internal partitions, with the its removal and complete replacement, and the partial replacement and consolidation of the remaining facings;
& raquo; reconstruction of the electrical, water and gas systems at the first levels;
Structural reinforcement interventions, in particular:
a) realization of foundation reinforcements;
b) construction of a new floor at ground floor level to allow the insertion of the insulators;
c) insertion of seismic isolators;
d) slub of reinforced concrete pillars on the ground floor and their reinforcement through the cerclage on the first floor;
e) localized reinforcement interventions on beam elements at various levels up to the attic.

Technology used: Retrofit by means of an insulation system at the base of the ground floor pillars with elastomeric insulators and multidirectional supports.
